Snap Beans!

Ya’ll, we love us some green beans on Awesome Avenue.

BHE and I had actually not made these for a while, but collectively we’ve perfected it. And they are YUM-MY. It’s not rocket science at all – just through some olive oil and butter in your sautee pan, add your beans, and season with salt & pepper (of course), red pepper flakes (for those that like some heat), garlic powder, a touch of tabasco (more heat!), and minced garlic (never enough!). If we’re going for an Asian flare, we add the soy sauce…but for this meal the other night (with so-so herb-crusted tilapia bought in Kroger’s meat section) I dropped the soy sauce.
